Some of the new interior features of the Escape of Ford Dealership Laconia, include illuminated entry, map lights, interior load area light and delayed courtesy lights. Along with that, there is carpet located in passenger cabin and cargo area and black trim located on center floor console. Also there is a rollover sensor, front pretensioners with force limiters, automatic locking retractors, front seat belt height adjuster, passenger airbag cut off sensor activated by weight, driver airbag with dual stage deployment and a rear three point center seat belt. You can also find passenger airbag with dual stage deployment, emergency fuel shut off device and a safety canopy front and rear side head curtain airbags.

Ford’s website says that the 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid is “The Most Fuel-Efficient SUV on the Planet.”  As of right now, no one can argue with them.  Averaging 34 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway, it’s fuel economy rivals that of some ecofriendly passenger cars!  One of the tricks is that when you are idling in traffic or are travelling at speeds less than 44 mph while in electic mode, the Escape Hybrid does not use any gasoline.  But the green effort did not stop at the gas tank; Ford even made the seats inside from green materials.  Ford started using soybean foam a few years ago in their seats, and the consumers seem to love the durable comfort they provide.  Plus, Ford made the Escape Hybrid seats from 100% post-industrial materials, so it basically took a bunch of materials that were on their way to the landfills and crafted comfortable seating for five passengers; impressive!

There must be something that consumers have not liked about this model, but the complaints are pretty superficial.  Apparently the process to fold down the back seats is a bit of a pain, but it is only a matter of time until the push button feature that is popping up on other models finds itself installed in the Escape.  Other drivers say the powertrain is noisy when going on an onramp, but then again, you are in an SUV and they aren’t the quietest vehicles on the road.

Ford has always redesigned and rebuild their vehicles to make them better and last longer, but now they are reaching a all time high. With the 2011 model of the Ford Escape their sales are expected to raise. While this model is not yet released on the market it is expected to do very well. It is based off of the 2010 model Escape which is one of the best in its class. Ford is expecting to take all with their new and up coming model.

The 2011 model Escape is suppose to be more fuel efficient then every before, but it also going to offer a extremely smooth and well balanced ride. The up coming model is also suppose to offer luxury that can go off and on road with style and class. The 2011 model SUV is made to beat out all the rest in it’s class.

Over all this Ford vehicle is going to be a amazing buy, and it wont disappoint you. Ford Motors has out done them selves one again with the rebuilding of one  of their fastest moving models yet, but they are not done with it yet. Ford is remaking and rebuilding other vehicles to take all in every class, and to offer you the best ride possible.

Another available option is the V6 3.0L 240 horsepower engine.  They improved on the intake valve timing and a higher compression ratio.

While you are escaping in your Ford Escape, you know you will arrive there safely.  The Ford Escape has earned five stars for driver and passenger protection.  It also received five stars for front and rear seat protection in side crashes.   Its reliability is ranked seven out of ten in the Predicted Reliability from J.D. Power and Associates.  Then coupled with all of that the 3 year/36,000 bumper to bumper warranty and the 5 year/60,000 power train warranty will give you peace of mind if anything goes wrong with your Escape.

Ford has definitely impressed the car enthusiasts by all their models and the fuel efficiency.  Which, once again is always on people’s minds, just because the fuel costs have not shown a steady trend.  So, if you want to get away, and you have a budget, I suggest you ESCAPE.

As well as the power, smooth ride, and conservative fuel economy the Ford Escape also has an excellent six-speed automatic transmissions, comfortable passenger accomodations, not to mention the the availability of a gas/electric hybrid model.

Yet despite all these great SUV traits, consumers have not been able to ignore the bad one’s either which include the crude-sounding engines, and basic design that has been said to be nearly a decade old. The interior has also been known to not be as versatile as its rivals as well as the controls confusing for the person trying to use them.

The revisions to the Ford Escape have not been known to make the consumers feel as if it has done more to win-over the competition, or distinguish it more, but it does however have a rearview camera system that helps prevent blind-spots and aid the drivers.

Overall, this car is border-line worth the $20,858-$27,254 price tag, but whether or not it really is can be left up to the consumer.
